THE SURF
One of the biggest gifts of this place? You simply surf more. With empty lineups, long and playful waves and plenty of time in the water, progression happens naturally. Fewer crowds mean more waves, more confidence and more opportunities to improve — whether you're riding a longboard, mid-length or just starting your surfing journey. We'll have an experienced local team in the water with us for guiding and coaching, helping you build confidence and take your surfing to the next level. Surf Analysis to progress alreday tomorrow ! ‘Surfing’ - A practice, that lets you connect to Mother Nature on so many unexpected levels. Eventually see sunrise and sunsets from the surf spot, energetic mountains surrounding you. If you are lucky enough, turtles will come say hi to you while you wait to catch a wave. 'Surfing' - not just a physical activity, but also an extra ordinary way to connect to the elements of our earth - providing us with new perspectives to stimulate peace, happiness and liveliness. This trip is recommended for the ones beneath you, that already caught the 'Surf Fever'. You can bring your own board or use a rental board: Up to your preference. The waves here are suitable for all levels. Especially longboarders will be able to surf some heavenly waves. SACRED SOUND BATHS
One of the most loved experiences of the retreat. Our Sound Journeys are an invitation to slow down, soften and simply receive. No striving. No doing. No achieving. Just you, comfortably lying down, allowing waves of sound and vibration to guide you into deep relaxation and presence. Far beyond a traditional sound bath, our sessions combine a rich spectrum of instruments and frequencies to create a fully immersive experience. Throughout the week, you will encounter the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, ocean drums, frame drums, chimes, tuning forks, rattles, vocal toning and other carefully selected instruments, each bringing its own unique texture and energy to the journey. Many of our yoga sessions are accompanied by live sound, creating a beautiful synergy between movement, breath and vibration. For centuries, cacao has been used in ritual and ceremony as a way to gather, connect and open the heart. During our retreat, we work with ceremonial cacao as a gentle companion for reflection, intention setting and meaningful connection. Often referred to as a "heart-opening" plant medicine, cacao invites us to slow down, soften and listen more deeply to ourselves. Combined with guided practices, music, journaling and group sharing, it creates a beautiful space to reconnect with what truly matters.
